The native of Puyallup Washington Butler was interested in performing arts as she grew as a child. She participated in choruses, took part in singing competitions, and appeared in both the local and high school theatre. Then she moved to Los Angeles in order to learn in the University of Southern California and then played Belle her princess role for two and a half years in Disneyland. Butler started filming The Stranger Within, a psychological thriller with Estella Warr as well as William Baldwin on Mallorca in Spain in November 2011 She was part of the cast for Los Angeles of Treachery, with Michael Biehn.
